Kazushi Fujita
CEO
Kazushi is a serial entrepreneur. After graduating from high-school, Kazushi moved to China and established his own e-commerce business. Kazushi continued to build business, including a weekly apartment service, hotel booking system, and more. After returning from China, Kazushi established a Japanese subsidiary and serves as representative. Kazushi has started Water Design Japan.

Haku Hou San
Born and raised in China and Japan, went to get degree in Beijing University while attending university in Japan. Haku established own business while schooling, later on buy-out the company. He has several startup and buy out experiences. Currently he leads sales with Water Design Japan.

Co-founder
Natsumi Ito
Raised in a global environment of Taiwan and Japan, earned a degree in Pennsylvania, USA. After graduating from college, Natsumi started working for an IT startup and was mainly in charge of English-speaking market at the overseas division. Natsumi later worked at a foreign company involved in SaaS company. Currently Natsumi leads marketing/PR for Water Design Japan.

Masahiro Shibatsuka
Masahiro started his career at Mitsubishi Rayon Co., Ltd., then transferred to Mitsubishi Rayon Engineering Co. Later, Masahiro became a board member of the same firm, and became a CEO of Mitsubishi Chemical CLEANSUI Co., Ltd. Currently he joined Water Design Japan as a board of directors, and a head of engineering.
